i have for the last four years watched nearly every game Bewdley have played, both home and away, from the Kidderminster saturday league ,to the west midlands division one ,and now the west midlands premier league i was proud of the passion and spirit the lads played with and the way they represented Bewdley it,s a pleasure to have watched such good football ,but the team spirit and motivation has gone it went last year hence the last dozen or so games when we struggled to make a team Bewdley is now playing in a league where most teams are paid if you want performances and results from players who are not paid you have to motivate and create team spirit,i,ts done by example its not about the players standing up to be counted,i think they have done that over the last few years, its about the management/club showing the enthusiam it had a cople of years ago
all the teams we play arrive at Bewdley dressed as a team play as a team and leave as a team Bewdley need to get the spirit and motivation back Training, dressing and arriving at grounds as a team would be a start [color=yellow]
